For international orders, delivery usually takes 10–30 business days, depending on the destination and local customs processing times.

Since our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or personalization errors.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us as soon as possible. We will open a case with our print-on-demand partner to investigate the issue. If the package is confirmed as lost by the shipping provider, we will provide you with a refund for your order.
